- Return Policy
We strive to make your purchasing simple and the products you choose to purchase useful. We understand that sometimes you'll have to return the product for an exchange or refund. Please notice the following information regarding returns/exchanges.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, enforced at our discretion, providing they meet the following requirements:
A) They are not marked final sale, nor are they items that are not eligible for return.
B) We offer a 30 day return policy on our products.* Your return (along with a copy of the reciept stating the reasons for the return) must be shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
C) Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
D) Items are to be shipped to us in sturdy packaging (to minimize shipping damage) by a carrier who provides tracking numbers and offer proof of delivery. This alleviates 99% of any sort of discrepancy of item receipt.
If the above conditions are met, defective items will be replaced with no shipping charge to you.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

- Shipping Rates And Policies
We offer UPS shipping as our standard service. US Postal Service shipping is currently unavailable to domestic addresses. Any applicable shipping service offered by UPS is available to you. We can ship UPS collect and 3rd party billing with your UPS account number for a $5.00 fee. We offer blind shipping, please request this if required. International shipments are available via US Postal Service and UPS.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any outside parties. When we must collect your information (including name, billing/shipping address, phone numbers, e-mail address, payment information, etc) we do it for the sole purpose of being able to provide our products to you. This information is used soley for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have problems with an order, the information you provide to us will allow us to contact you and remedy the situation. The only reason a credit card number would be shared with anyone would be to provide the merchant bank with information to allow them to authorize and approve the transaction on said credit card.
If we employ cookies on this website, they are merely to customize the content according to your preferences. We do not share any of this information with any third party sites and can not be used on any other site. We use log files to make sure the site is functioning properly. Log files are reguarly purged and are only available for review by the administrative department.We take every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information to us, you can be sure it is protected both online and off-line.
We store your relevant personal information after your order is processed for ease of repeat business, i.e. your preferred shipping address, contact information, etc. We do not sell/share/rent or otherwise disclose your information with any other party.
We do not allow any third party access to your email address for any purpose whatsoever. We hate spam as much as you do. Newsletter subscribers will only receive information relative to OUR business, such as specials, price updates, and product information. All information will be sent by us, no email addresses will be shared with outside parties.
- Payment Methods
We gladly accept American Express, Diners, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa for credit card payments. We also accept cashier's checks, Paypal, wire transfers, and money orders. We offer Net 30 terms for qualifying customers. Credit Applications will be sent at the request of the customer. Prices on the web are subject to change - we do our best to ensure accurate pricing. However, with such a large catalog, mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to cancel and refund in full orders that include items with incorrect pricing.
- Sales Tax
Residents of North Carolina and Virginia will be charged applicable sales tax. Any order whose shipping destination is outside these locations will not be charged sales tax. If you or your business is located in these states and have a tax exempt/reseller's certificate, we must have one on file before processing non-taxable orders.
- Order Status
Your order status will be routinely updated as it is processed. Upon receipt of an order, our system generates an auto-response email which confirms your order with at least the following information: Customer Information / Payment Methods / Items Ordered.
Once your order has shipped (via UPS), you will receive a confirmation email at the address specified in your order. This will give you your tracking number along with any relevant information to your order. This e-mail originates from UPS.COM. DO NOT reply to this email with questions, as your question will not be answered as this is an automated message. If you have questions regarding tracking, call us or email us. You may enter this number on the tracking page and then you can track your package through our website. USPS tracking is automatically generated by USPS.com. A tracking email will be sent for all orders with USPS shipping selected.
- International / Military
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional handling charges and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all which are the responsibility of the customer. Also, note that many product warranties do not cover coverage outside of the US. We will not make any representation regarding warranty covereage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are shipped or used outside of the US. Wire transfer orders may be subject to an additional processing fee.
We gladly ship worldwide, providing there are no export restrictions regarding the product being ordered from our website. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs, nor are we responsible for duties or tarrifs for goods shipped to your location.
We are able to accept APO and FPO addressed orders. These orders ship via USPS.
